Murder Cases

Earlier in his career Bernard Cugelman successfully conducted trials resulting in acquittals for clients charged with first-degree murder and second-degree murder, as well as criminal negligence causing death. In addition, he has been successful in obtaining on behalf of a number of clients who were charged with murder a verdict of not guilty of murder, but guilty of the lesser offence of manslaughter, resulting in very significantly reduced jail time.
